Private bookings/ Group requests
Private bookings for individuals:
CHF 90 per hour upto 3 participants plus organisation costs and expenses
Groups starting at 8 participants can profit from a group reduction and request an individual offer.
Conditions
| 1. | Guests, who have a valid train and post bus ticket or a general ticket, get a reduction of CHF 5. |

The program is amended according to weather conditions. Generally a program takes place during the named times. Bikekultour does not cancel tours because of the weather. |
| 3. | Kids older than 10 years can join without their parents. |
| 4. | Teenagers over 16 pay the same price as adults. |
| 5. | Applications are possible till 4 pm the night before. The Flyer tour on Wednesday requires application two days before at 16.00. |
| 6. | All prices do not included travel and transport costs. |

General Terms

Clothing Bike tours: sport dressing, sun glasses, sneakers with hard sole as possible or bike shoes, helmet mandatory, bike gloves, a small backpack with jacket, extra clothes, sun protection, snack and drinking bottle, bike with vignette (needed in Switzerland to be allowed onto streets). Hike tours: sport dressing, sun glasses, hiking boots, a small backpack with jacket, extra clothes, sun protection and snack and drinking bottle. Kids: comfortable clothing in layers, good shoes, sunhat, and snack and drinking bottle. |
| 2. | Dogs are welcomed. Rocco, our 6 year old company Labrador is joining on the tours. |

The meeting point is depending on the weather SBHS Shop, Kirchgasse 12, Meiringen or at the location mentioned in the program. Please clarify before! Guests can come directly to the meeting point when no equipment is required. |
| 4. | At location only cash payment is possible. No invoices will be sent only by advance payment. |
| 5. | Guests, who rent a bike at Radsport Wyss, also receive a helmet. |
